Tennessee's Grow Your Own Program is a unique initiative designed to address the state's teacher shortage by cultivating homegrown educators. Through partnerships between education providers and local school districts, this program offers a no-cost pathway to teaching. Participants can gain hands-on experience, earn a teaching degree, and contribute to their local communities. It's a great opportunity for those interested in making a positive impact on education and their state.
