	Mrs. Cunningham is beginning her 20th year in education. During her time as an educator, she has served as a classroom teacher, interventionist, instructional coach, assistant principal, and now principal. She loves working with elementary school children and watching them realize their own potential. She earned a BS from APSU in 2004. Later, she gained her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University in 2017 as an Ayers Leadership Fellow.

	Mrs. Shelton taught 3rd - 5th grade at Oakmont Elementary School for 10 years. In 2012, she moved to Charlotte Elementary School as a 3rd grade teacher. She joined the leadership team at CES as Assistant Principal during the 2017-2018 school year. She has a BS in Elementary Education from APSU and a M.Ed in Leadership from Tennessee State University. When she isn't at school, you can find her relaxing with her husband Michael and her three children, quilting, or cooking.
