Born in: I was born and raised in small towns just outside of Bloomington, Illinois. I loved growing up in rural areas where everyone knew each other.
College attended: Greenville College (now Greenville University), Illinois State
Started working in education: 2005
Favorite thing about my job: Helping students learn to think critically and fostering a love of history and it's importance for moving forward.
3 things I love: Three things that I love are enjoy life semi-sweet chocolate chips (I am dairy allergic and this is my allergy friendly chocolate fix), reading or watching movies, and homesteading/gardening.
